WHY WE KNEEL HOW WE RISE : Caribbean Personalities 2021

One Caribbean Nation.
Mr. Michael Holding

The Mahogany Coconut Group, is proud to announce , Mr.  Michael Holding, legendary West Indies fast bowler, as our Caribbean personality of 2021. Mr. Holding, has emerged as a defender of the truth and has globally, exposed racism in the cricketing world.
His critically acclaimed book: Why We Kneel How We Rise( 2021), should be read by all Caribbean citizens,  who have perhaps, buried our heads in the sand regarding sports both on and off the field .We are therefore in great debt to Mr. Holding, for demonstrating that reaching great heights in ones chosen field , does not automatically guarantee immunity from the societal ills , that confront those who are considered ordinary citizens.
Racism, poverty, hunger and all other maladies, affect us all. Mr. Holding remains a credit to our New Caribbean Nation State and  his success and vision both on and off the field, will never be forgotten.
